1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of pajamapack.com and any purchase you make through our store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.


2. Our products

We sell 100% cotton pyjama sets in three-pack bundles. Product descriptions, sizing information and images on our website are as accurate as we can make them. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings.


3. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.


4. Orders and payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.


5. Delivery

We deliver to Australian addresses only. Our aim is that orders are dispatched the next business day that delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. 

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.


6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.


7. Change of mind returns

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law we accept change of mind returns of unopened boxes in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is at your expense via a tracked method. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

We are not required to accept a change of mind return where the box has been opened or the products have been worn or washed.


8. Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us at hello@pajamapack.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage.

This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.


10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.


11. Intellectual property

All content on pajamapack.com including text, images, logos and design is owned by or licensed to Pyjama Pack. You may not reproduce or use our content without our written permission.


12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
