Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on all orders across Australia. No minimum spend, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse the next business day after your order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Metro areas: 3-4 business days Regional areas: 5-7 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns

We want you to love your Pajama Pack. If for any reason you are not satisfied we offer the following:

Change of mind returns We accept returns of unopened boxes in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. The box must be unsealed and all tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense via a tracked method.

To initiate a return email us at hello@pajamapack.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Faulty or damaged items If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us at hello@pajamapack.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale items Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for store credit only, not a cash refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
