RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.


Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The box is unopened and in its original condition
  • All tags are attached
  • The product has not been worn or washed
  • You contact us before returning at hello@pajamapack.com

We cannot accept change of mind returns on opened boxes as the product cannot be resold once unsealed.

Return shipping is at your expense via a tracked method. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return in satisfactory condition.


Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us at hello@pajamapack.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • A photo showing the issue

We will assess your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping for faulty items is at our expense.


Incorrect orders

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us at hello@pajamapack.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange to send the correct item and cover all associated shipping costs.


Care and shrinkage

Our pyjamas are pre-washed to minimise shrinkage. We recommend machine washing at 40 degrees and line drying to maintain the best fit. Shrinkage resulting from failure to follow our care instructions is not covered under this policy.


Afterpay orders

Returns on orders placed through Afterpay follow the same policy as above. Refunds are processed back through Afterpay and your repayment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

Email us at hello@pajamapack.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for return
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange

We will aim to respond within two business day with return instructions.
